2. Operation instructions
1, the grinding paste is completely dissolved in alcohol, the proportion of grinding paste is less than 5%, ultrasonic method can be used to achieve complete dissolution;
2, the workpiece to be measured is fixed on the test bench, the workpiece is not allowed to float;
3, turn on the power, visually test whether the drive shaft rotates smoothly, if the radial runout is too large, should be adjusted as required;
4, turn off the power, put the grinding steel ball in the V-shaped groove of the drive shaft, adjust the workpiece and the steel ball in the appropriate position, and manually rotate the drive shaft, so that the steel ball can be easily rotated;
5. Drop a little alcohol grinding paste reagent onto the steel ball;
6. Turn on the power (rotate to the left);
7. Indirectly drop the alcohol grinding paste reagent into the steel ball to make the steel ball rotate easily;
8, grinding time 10 ~ 30 seconds;
9. Remove the workpiece, observe and measure under 30 ~ 100 times microscope;

Third, precautions
1. The workpiece surface to be measured is parallel to the axis of the drive shaft, and the clamping is stable;
2, the steel ball rotation should be fast and easy;
3, grinding time depends on the performance of the film to be measured, usually the higher the hardness, the longer the grinding time, but the grinding time is not easy to exceed 1 minute;
4, the steel ball rotation is not stable, should first replace the steel ball;
5, after use, the instrument should be cleaned in time to avoid rust.
