4、 machine installation precautions
★ Ensure that the machine works in a dry, non-corrosive environment. It should be placed on a horizontal work surface (the base of the machine has been levelled before delivery).
★ The power socket must have a reliable grounding cable.
5. Operation steps
1. Turn on the power switch
2. Fix the work to be tested on the workbench, and strive to keep its friction parts vertical and reasonable range
3. According to the requirements of different states and different products, enter the number of rotation times of required friction on the counter (0-9999 times), and press the RESET key to clear the data before setting.
4. Select the corresponding friction distance according to the length range of the test required for different products. If you need to adjust the friction distance, open the back cover first, adjust the distance adjustment screw, you can adjust the distance.
5. For alcohol friction test, you can wrap the special friction cloth on the "round head" friction hammer and dip it in alcohol for friction.
6. For a rubber friction test, insert the rubber strip 60mm long into the rubber friction fixture and gently tighten the front screws. If the rubber is worn, remove the friction head and pull out a section of rubber.

6. Daily maintenance and maintenance
In order to maintain the clean appearance and mechanical life of the machine, please do regular maintenance and cleaning according to the following suggestions.
1. In order to ensure the automatic uniform operation of the equipment, please place the object under test as far as possible.
2. The maximum working weight of the equipment is less than 2kg.
3. After normal use, please use WD-40 silencing lubricating oil to maintain the operating shaft part.
4. The best ambient temperature for normal use: 26±5℃, avoid placing in places with large dust degree.
